How to book

Email pat05long@outlook.com or phone 015394 33253 with your preferred dates, name, address, email address, phone number and names of guests.

We will then contact you to arrange payment of the deposit and confirm your booking.

Deposit

All bookings are provisional until we receive your deposit of £100. We can accept payments by cheque or by bank transfer. We will contact you to arrange payment or you can call us on 015394 33253.

Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable on booking. The balance of the rental is payable 6 weeks prior to the holiday. If the booking is made 6 weeks or less before commencement of the holiday then the full rent is payable. If the booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday then the whole of the rent will become payable, unless the owner is able to re-let the property for the whole of the period. Payment of the deposit will serve as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Guests are advised to take out holiday cancellation cover.

1. The number of persons sleeping in or making use of the property must not exceed 4 plus baby.
2. Holidays are normally for a minimum of 1 week starting from 3 pm on arrival day until 10 am on departure day.
3. Tenants must agree to take good care of the holiday cottage, to leave it clean and tidy, as you will find it and to replace or pay for any breakages/damage.
4. Smoking is not permitted.
5. Sorry no pets (due to being a working farm).
6. Tenants are responsible for the security of the property during their stay.
7. Guests may arrange for online shopping delivery for their arrival – Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury’s all deliver in this area.
8. Nearest public transport – bus stop 300 yards.
9. Keys for the cottage are to be collected from Mill Brow Farm House.
